Welcome to THE REX (therex.shop). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to our website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing the store or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering.

2. Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our products are consumer wellness and comfort items. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

3. Safe Use of Products

Please read the instructions that come with your product and use it only as intended. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, or have any medical condition or injury, please consult your doctor before using a massage product. Stop using the product immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Do not use the product on children, on broken or injured skin, or while sleeping or driving.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Applicable taxes, shipping fees and other charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. A price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed. If we discover a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount you have paid.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it and prepare it for shipment. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock limits, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or an error in the listing. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or other events outside our control. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a delivery fails because of a wrong address or because you could not be reached, additional delivery charges may apply. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered. Please check the package on delivery and contact us as soon as possible if it is damaged.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

  • In line with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, you may request to return a product within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below and the exceptions allowed by law.
  • The product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns of products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts.
  • If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will offer a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the return shipping for these cases.
  • For a normal change-of-mind return, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Approved refunds are made to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product. The time it takes for the money to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you want to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel or change an order only if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, the return process in Section 7 applies.

9. Warranty and Product Faults

If a product stops working properly under normal use, contact us with your order number and a description or video of the problem. Where the fault is not caused by misuse, drops, water damage, unauthorized repair or normal wear, we will help with a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the THE REX name, logo, text, photographs, graphics and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the store. This includes trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the website's operation, using automated tools to scrape or overload it, submitting false orders, or using the store for any unlawful purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have as a consumer under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store is powered by Shopify, and orders may be processed by third-party payment and shipping providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services linked from our store.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the competent authorities and courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Orders are governed by the Terms in force at the time the order was placed.
